was thinking about what to shoot for today's photo and heard on facebook about the radio station that carries my mate mark's radio shows is shutting down. so dug around for a shot from a photo session i did for him and thought this was an apt photo.

using a light box and a couple of negatives from a red arrows display that i photographed a couple of years back, i took the image and inverted it using ps, i like the effect and it almost becomes the image as printed - almost...

time for a brew. on these late nights i really get the urge for a good brew. i should probably put the insomnia to good use and head out to capture some star pictures.

sorting through all the clutter in the spare room and uncovered the lenses for my old film camera. i love the look of the old style lenses so took an abstract study of them, but it kind of looks like a cityscape with skyscrapers.
want to start using this film camera again but there is something wrong with the shutter and i haven't got around to taking it to the shop. better get my arse in gear.

so this is the last one from the weekend in cornwall, didnt really get chance to do a shot today with having to have a scan on my back. getting into the photos again from tomorrow so got lots of creativity running around at the moment - stand by for better pictures!

experimenting with exposures and lighting tonight. came up with this one. set two matches, one lit and the other just below, when the lit match burned down to the other match it produced this little light show.

Laura, Roxy and I went off to the beach with John and Mackey to fire off some shots and managed to get this candid shot our host for the weekend. had a great time. will post some more shots this week.
